Battery \u2013 Resisting Arrest \u2013 Battery of a Police Officer \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been standing in front of a bank when the suspect suddenly shoved him before walking away. Responding officers located the suspect and ordered him to stop, which the suspect ignored. The officers then attempted to physically control the suspect and place him in handcuffs, despite the suspect resisting and causing mild injuries to the officers. <\/span>After further investigation, the <\/span><\/span>suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
