Shoplifting \u2013 Possession of Stolen Property \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/span><\/strong>

\nOfficers responded to a report of a known shoplifter who had just exited the store, Walgreens. Responding officers were on their way to the store but located the suspect standing nearby on a MUNI platform. The officers made contact with the suspect who stated that the items in his backpack had just been purchased from Safeway, despite that the items had Walgreen labels on them. <\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, the officers determined that the items were stolen from Walgreens. <\/span>The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a shoplifter. The victim reported that the suspect had walked inside the store and then stole two backs of produce. Responding officers located the suspect and<\/span>\u00a0a computer check on the suspect revealed a warrant for his arrest. <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
