Trespassing<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of a suspect who was trespassing and observed walking out of a fire station. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n00 Castelo Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The witness reported that the victim was sitting and drinking when the suspect suddenly appeared from an unknown location and kicked the victim in his face. The suspect then immediately fled the location. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Resisting Arrest \u2013 Under the Influence of Alcohol \u2013 Trespassing \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n4:00 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n1300 38th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a suspect who was trespassing. The victim reported that the suspect, an ex-boyfriend, had broken into the garage after repeatedly ringing the doorbell. Responding officers located the suspect and successfully placed him in handcuffs, despite the suspect refusing orders and resisting. <\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Investigative Detention<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n200 Miramar Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed a suspicious vehicle nearby. A computer check revealed that the vehicle was wanted due to it’s involvement in numerous auto burglaries. The officers conducted a traffic stop, identified the driver and towed the vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n
