\nOfficers responded to a report of a fight. The victim, a security guard, reported that the suspect was observed taking merchandise from the store. The victim confronted the suspect and an argument ensued. The suspect then hit the victim in the face.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers were in the area when they observed a suspicious vehicle which parked despite the engine running while the driver was still inside. A computer search revealed that the license plate did not match the vehicle and the officers made contact with the driver, who denied knowledge concerning the false registration. A computer check on the driver revealed that he had an arrest warrant. <\/span>The driver was arrested<\/span><\/p>\n
