\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a doorman, reported that the suspect had caused a disturbance with other customers in the bar and was told to leave. The suspect responding angrily and slapped the victim’s hand, causing the victim’s cell phone to fall. The suspect then kicked the cell phone, picked it up and threw it across the street before leaving the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
