\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim and a witness reported that a known suspect was told to leave the property. The suspect responded angrily and punched the victim. The victim protected himself by using pepper spray against the suspect. Responding officers located and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Traffic Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n19th Ave & Lincoln Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle making a right turn, despite a red light and posted signs prohibiting the turn. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver’s license had been suspended. <\/span>The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a MUNI employee, reported that the suspect had been standing on the MUNI tracks and told the suspect to move off of them. The suspect spat at the victim before walking away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOne incident of domestic violence;\u00a0the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
