Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n200 Minerva St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe victim arrived at Taraval Station to report an incident of battery. The victim stated that the suspect, a relative, had pushed her while she was trying to get inside the house. The suspect also opened a vehicle door which hit the victim as well. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n9th Ave & Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she had been walking when the suspect suddenly approached her and offered a free hug. The victim declined and walked away from the suspect. The suspect then followed the victim and at one point, the suspect was close enough to pinch the clothes that the victim was wearing. The officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed an arrest warrant from San Mateo. <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n1300 23rd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of an argument. The victim stated that they had confronted the suspect, who was blocking the driveway with his vehicle. The victim told the suspect to move but the suspect responded angrily and became hostile. \u00a0Responding officers arrived at the location while the argument was still in progress between the suspect and the victim. The officers directed the suspect to separate from the victim, but the suspect initially refused to do so. When the suspect finally complied, the suspect immediately moved away from the officers despite being told stop. The suspect then drove away in his vehicle. The suspect was later detained by the officers and after further investigation, he was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
