The officers then observed a vehicle run through a posted stop sign and proceed into the crosswalk without slowing down. The officers followed the vehicle and observed an additional five traffic violations committed by the driver. The officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, who showed signs of intoxication and failed a field sobriety test.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0After further investigations and test, <\/span><span style=\"color: #993300;\">the driver was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Battery &#8211; Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">1:30 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">1600 38th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a battery between a landlord and a tenant. The victim reported that he had met with his landlord earlier to discuss the living conditions.
