The victim reported that he was cycling through the area on a bicycle when he was cut off by the suspect, who was driving a vehicle. An argument ensued between the victim and the suspect which resulted in the suspect punching the victim before driving away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Warrant Arrest<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">4:06 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">200 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a suspect who was refusing to leave a store. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained the suspect.
