Discharge of Firearm \u2013 Investigative detention<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of an accidental injury caused by a gun. The victim stated that he had been cleaning his gun, which had been loaded, when he accidentally pulled on the trigger and injured himself. The incident was investigated and the victim was admonished. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he had been walking when three suspect suddenly came up from behind him and threw him on to the ground before punching and kicking him. The suspects then fled the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n200 Lee Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. Both parties, who were roommates, complained that the other had pushed them. After further investigation, both parties were cited.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n200 Lee Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a taxi driver, reported that he had transported the suspect and was delivering him to his location when the suspect suddenly wanted to stop and get out. The victim refused to stop and the suspect sprayed the victim with an unknown substance. The victim stopped the vehicle and the suspect exited the vehicle. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Search Warrant \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n4:00 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOakland, Ca<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nTNT obtained a search warrant after investigation of an incident that involved the suspect firing a gun at a victim. The suspect was located and a search of the location revealed illegal weapons and weapon parts. <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
