\nOfficers responded to a report a theft. The victim reported that the suspect was observed stealing money from the store. The victim confronted the suspect, who then fled the store. Responding officers located the suspect and ordered him to stop but the suspect refused and continued to move away from the officers. The officers detained the suspect, despite the suspect resisting, and placed him in handcuffs. The suspect then refused to provide his name to the officers. <\/span>After further investigation, the suspect was identified and <\/span>he was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
