Responding officers arrived at the location and located the suspect, who was wheeling a shopping basket that was filled with ashes and burnt residue. The officers made contact with the suspect, who stated that he had purchased a frozen pizza and had attempted to cook it by building a fire. A search of the location revealed a second spot where a fire had occurred recently. A computer<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0check revealed that the suspect was on probation.
