Stay Away \u2013 Resisting Arrest<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n300 Shields St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim reported that he had recently purchased the house and that the suspect, a previous resident, had returned to the house despite a stay away order from the victim. Responding officers made contact with the suspect, who refused to provide the officers with his name. <\/span>After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing – Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n400 Lakeshore Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a trespasser and an incident of battery. The victim reported that he was inside his garage when the neighbor, the suspect, rolled up the garage door and walked in complaining about leaves and branches falling into his backyard. The suspect then pointed a finger at the victim and hit the victim’s chest with the finger before exiting. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of an incident of battery. The victim reported that she had been standing in front of a store when the suspect suddenly approached her and pushed her, causing her to fall on to the floor. The suspect then fled the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
