Found Property \u2013 Controlled Substance Offense<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of found property consisting of illegal items. The witness, an employee of a car share rental company, reported that they discovered a vehicle had been fraudulently rented out and had disabled it. The witness located the vehicle and discovered that a gun and numerous illegal drugs were left inside. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of an incident of weapon brandishing. The victim reported that the suspect’s vehicle had been speeding and abruptly changing lanes before pulling up besides her vehicle. The victim stated that she looked over at the suspect and shook her head at him. The suspect responded by pointing a gun at her and threatening to shoot her. The victim slowed down and the suspect continued on ahead of her. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a theft which involved a knife. The victim, a manager for a rental car agency, reported that he was cleaning a vehicle and had some of his personal items next to him when the suspect walked pass him and took his property. The victim confronted the suspect and the suspect responded by brandishing a butter knife at the victim. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the <\/span>suspect was detained and cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
