\nOfficers responded to a report of an incident of battery. The victim reported that he had been walking across the street when a vehicle suddenly sped up while it headed towards him. The vehicle stopped and the suspect exited the vehicle and an argument ensued before both parties then separated and went their separate ways. Afterwards, while the victim was continuing his walk, the suspect returned from behind the victim and began punching the victim on his back. \u00a0Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed the subject, who was unconscious on a public bench. The officers conducted a well being check and made contact with the subject.<\/span>\u00a0A computer check on the subject\u2019s name revealed a warrant for his arrest. The subject was <\/span><\/span>arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
