\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she had been talking on her cell phone when the suspect walked by her and suddenly kicked her for not apparent reason. The suspect then walked away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n19th Ave & Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed the subject lying on the corner near an intersection. The officers conducted a wellbeing check and made contact with the subject. A computer check revealed an arrest warrant.\u00a0<\/span>The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Brandishing a Weapon<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n10:56 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n1800 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to an incident of a<\/span>\u00a0brandishing of a gun. The victims stated that they had been playing basketball when the suspect asked to join the game. The suspect was told that he would have to wait until the current game was finished. The suspect then\u00a0waited<\/span>\u00a0about 10 minutes before he angrily threw a water bottle on the gym floor and took a gun out. The victims reported that the gun was never taken out of it’s holster and was not pointed at anyone. The suspect then walked away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
