\nOfficers responded to a report of an incident of battery. The victim reported that she was about to get gas at a gas station when the person behind her asked her to move her vehicle so he could get by. The victim was uncomfortable moving her vehicle and declined and the second vehicle maneuvered around her to get gas. The suspect, a passenger in the vehicle, then yelled at the victim before opening a bottle of soda and flicking it at her which caused her to get wet. The suspect then entered his vehicle and drove away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
