\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been engaged in a verbal argument with a cashier after receiving the wrong change back when the suspect approached the victim and told him that he did not appreciate how he was speaking to the cashier. The victim stated that the suspect then pushed the table against him, causing him to spill his coffee. The suspect responded that he may have accidentally bumped the table when he backed away from the victim quickly because he was afraid the victim would punch him. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n4700 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a theft. The victim reported that the suspect who was inside a vehicle, had approached him and started to talk to him. Without warning, the suspect suddenly placed a gold colored ring on the victim’s hand and a gold colored necklace around the victim’s neck before abruptly leaving. Shortly after, the victim discovered that his necklace had been stolen during the incident while he was distracted. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nIrving St & 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe victim entered Taraval Station to report a theft. The victim reported that she was suddenly approached by a suspect who began to put cheap gold colored jewelry on to her neck, wrist and fingers while a second suspect was taking her expensive jewelry that was on her other hand. The suspects then immediately fled in a vehicle with the stolen jewelry. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
