\nOfficers responded to a report that a victim had heard multiple gun shots that had been fired nearby. The victim stated that he had been sleeping before the incident. When he went to investigate, he discovered that his windows had been shattered and that a nearby wall was also damaged. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported that he had been driving his vehicle around 37th Avenue and Lincoln Way and was stopped at a red light when the suspect suddenly entered the vehicle from the passenger side. The suspect pointed a gun at the victim and instructed him to drive towards Westlake Shopping Center. The suspect then demanded the victim’s cell phone and began to video record the incident. Shortly after, the suspect then switched places with the victim and drove the vehicle to SFO where the suspect exited the vehicle and walked away. The victim reported that the suspect threw the gun out while they were on the freeway. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
