\nOfficers responded to a report of a vehicle collision and made contact with the drivers. One of the drivers admitted that he did not have his license and that his vehicle had mechanical issues and was not insured. While speaking to the driver, the officers observed that he exhibited signs of intoxication. After further investigation and a failed field sobriety test, the driver was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
