Assault<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nWest Portal Ave & Ulloa St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe victim arrived at Taraval Station to report an attempted assault. The victim reported that he had been on a MUNI when the suspect, who had been sitting near him, started yelling at him and then threw a shoe polish brush at him. The brush missed but the victim felt threatened and exited the LRV.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n1500 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol in the area and recognized a known subject with an arrest warrant. The officers confirmed the warrant and arrested the subject.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery – Cited

\n800 Ulloa St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery at West Portal. The victims, employees of MUNI, reported that the suspect had approached them while acting erratically and being incoherent. The suspect then punched one of the victims multiple times. Responding officers detained the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to an incident of battery. The victim reported that he had been walking and observed the suspect acting suspiciously and kept an eye on the suspect. The suspect then approached the victim and punched him on his face before immediately fleeing. Responding officers located the suspect and cited him.<\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
