\nOfficers responded to a report of an incident of battery. The victim reported that he had been listening to music, late at night, in the park when an unknown suspect approached him and started an argument before the suspect kicked the victim’s speaker until it was damaged. The suspect then punched the victim on his left shoulder twice and shoved the victim while telling him to leave the area. The suspect then left. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
