\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed a known subject who had a history with the SFPD. A computer check on the subject revealed four arrest warrants and a search revealed a glass pipe commonly used to smoke illegal drugs. \u00a0<\/span>The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
