Trespassing – Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n5:26 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n1300 Ulloa St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nPlain clothes officers responded to a report of a possible burglary. The victim reported that the subject was in her backyard. Responding officers located the subject and a computer check revealed that the subject was on probation for burglary with two arrest warrants.\u00a0<\/span>A search of the suspect revealed narcotic paraphernalia and methamphetamine. <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n46th Ave & Wawona St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a subject who was refusing to exit a MUNI that was at it’s final destination. Responding officers detained the suspect and a computer check revealed an arrest warrant.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Vandalism to Property<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n8:56 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n400 Garces Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been talking to the witness when the suspect’s vehicle began to play their music very loudly. The victim made a gesture to the three suspects to turn their music down. The suspects responded by driving their vehicle up to the victim and getting out of the vehicle and confronting the victim. The victim attempted to record the incident with his cell phone but one suspect grabbed the phone and threw it on to the ground before pushing the victim. A second suspect then picked the phone off the ground and handed it to the victim before all three fled the area in their vehicle. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
