The victim reported that she was at the suspect and observed the suspect arguing with another person. The other person walked away from the suspect and the suspect immediately approached the victim and started an argument with the victim. The victim attempted to walk away and the suspect spat on the victim before the suspect also walked away.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>No Driver\u2019s License &#8211; Traffic Violation \u2013 Cited<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>7:59 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>19th Ave &amp; Buckingham Way<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nOfficers on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle without a license plate.
