\nOfficers responded to a report of a building on fire. The victim reported that a battery charger had caught on fire and stated that it had been warm to the touch when he left the apartment earlier. When the victim returned, the noticed that there was smoke coming from inside the apartment.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed a known suspect who was suspiciously looking into multiple parked vehicles before entering a nearby store empty handed. When the suspect exited the store, he was carrying a bag and was being followed by a store employee. The employee reported that the suspect had stolen some merchandise. After further investigation, t<\/span>he<\/span>\u00a0suspect was detained and cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
