\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed a known subject with an active arrest warrant. The officers made contact with the subject to advise him of his warrant. The subject was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n23rd Ave & Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of someone who was screaming in the area. Responding officers located the victim, who was bleeding from a head injury. The victim reported that he had been walking when the suspect walked by and said something to him before punching the victim on his face, which was confirmed by witnesses. The officers made contact and detained the suspect, who provided a false name to the officers. After further investigation, the suspect was later identified and was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
