\nOfficers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that the first suspect had suddenly approached her and pulled on her necklace while a second suspect immediately attempted to distract her by placing items, another necklace and rings, into her hand. The victim attempted to walk away from the suspects but was blocked by the two suspects. The suspects successfully removed the victim’s necklace and left fake jewelry in the victim’s hand before both suspects fled the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
