\nAn officer was on patrol in the area when he heard the sound of tires screeching from a nearby intersection and observed a vehicle driving recklessly and making “donuts” in the middle of the intersection with his vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n19th Ave & Noriega St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed a known subject who was randomly yelling at nearby pedestrians. The officers detained the subject and a computer check revealed three arrest warrants. <\/span>The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n1300 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, an employee of the bar, reported that the suspect had attempted to enter the bar without any identification. The victim, who also appeared to be under the influence of narcotics, responded angrily at being denied entrance by yelling and hitting the victim. Responding officers located the suspect and with the assistance of SFFD medics, the suspect was placed on a gurney and transported to a nearby hospital for observation and care. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
