\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she had been in an argument with the suspect, her neighbor. The victim stated that, during the argument, the suspect had grabbed on to her clothing and she wanted the suspect cited. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
