\nThe victim entered Taraval Station to report an incident of battery and vandalism to his vehicle. The victim stated that he had been driving when the suspect, who was illegally riding a bicycle across the middle of the road, almost hit the victim’s vehicle. The victim yelled at the suspect, parked his vehicle and exited it. The suspect approached the victim and punched the victim’s face before damaging the victim’s vehicle by kicking it. The suspect then rode away from the victim on his bicycle. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
