Theft of Bicycle \u2013 Possession of Burglary Tools – Cited<\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report that a suspect was attempting to steal a bicycle. Responding officers located the suspect, who was pushing a bicycle while holding on to bolt cutters. The witness reported that he had heard suspicious noises coming from outside his house and when he went to investigate, he observed the suspect stealing the neighbor’s bicycle while using bolt cutters. <\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
