\nOfficers were on patrol in the area and conducting traffic enforcement when they observed a vehicle that had been involved in the theft of multiple catalytic converters. The officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the suspect immediately fled in a dangerous manner. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim came to Taraval Station to report a theft. The victim reported that the suspect had randomly approached him and started a conversation before suddenly placing fake jewelry on the victim’s hand and placing a necklace around the victim’s neck. The suspect then walked away from the victim. Shortly afterwards, the victim discovered that his necklace had been stolen. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
