The victim reported that he and the suspect, his roommate, had been engaged in an argument concerning the duration of using the shower when the suspect attempted to punch the victim. <\/span>After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

The victim reported that she had observed the suspect, a known acquaintance, walking through the lobby of her apartment before the suspect threw an object at the victim’s face.
