\n<\/strong><\/span>The victim reported that he had heard suspicious noises outside his home and observed the suspect, a neighbor, yelling while standing on the victim’s vehicle. The suspect then got off the vehicle and kicked the vehicle’s door before throwing an object at the vehicle. Responding officers made contact with the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
