\nOfficers responded to a report of an incident of battery. The victim, a business owner, reported that the suspect had walked up and urinated by the victim’s front door. The victim confronted the suspect and an argument ensued. During the argument, the suspect poured water on the victim and tackled the victim before entering his car to leave the scene. While in the car, the suspect then struck the victim’s thighs with the vehicle. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
