The suspect shouted that the victims had parked badly and that they needed to leave. During the argument that ensued afterwards, the victims reported that the suspect had displayed a handgun but kept it pointed at the floor. Responding officers made contact with the suspect and after further investigation, <span style=\"color: #993300;\">the suspect was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>Carjacking<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>12:13 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>600 Holloway Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The victim reported that they had just finished parking his car when a known suspect approached him and demanded his car keys. The victim stated that he believed that the suspect had a gun after observing a suspicious bulge on the suspect&#8217;s hip.
