The victim reported that he had been working on his computer in the common area when the suspect, his roommate, walked by and bumped into his arm. The victim became upset and followed the suspect but was pushed away. The suspect stated that he had accidentally bumped into the victim due to limited space in the room and had shoved the victim away when he came too close to him. After further investigation, <span style=\"color: #993300;\">the suspect was cited.<\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>Battery<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>3:25 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>400 Plymouth Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she had arrived home when her neighbor punched her in the face before walking away.
