The victim stated that he had just exited his car to shut the building&#8217;s gate when the suspect attempted to get inside the victim&#8217;s vehicle. A struggle ensued and both the suspect and victim fell on to the ground. Immediately after, the victim observed a truck was recklessly driving towards them and jumped aside to avoid getting hit.
