No Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Traffic Violation – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed a driver driving off in a vehicle that did not have a rear license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver did not have a valid license. <\/span>The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she and her friends he suspect, had been driving around when the victim decided they should return to Monterey, California. The suspect disagreed and an argument ensued before the suspect exited the vehicle and forcibly dragged the victim out of the car. The suspect then drove away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
