\nThe victim, a security employee, reported that he had located a broken fence in the parking garage and was attempting to take photos when two suspects suddenly ran away from the area. The victim caught one of the suspects, a male, and was attempting to detain him when the second suspect, a female, brandished a gun and demanded the victim to let them leave.
