Burglary \u2013 Brandishing a Weapon<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nThe victim reported that the witness had yelled out and alerted him that his bicycle had just been stolen from the garage. The victim, in his vehicle, \u00a0followed and confronted the suspect before retrieving his bicycle. The victim then continued to follow the suspect, who was walking away, when the suspect suddenly turned around and threatened the victim with a knife. Responding officers detained the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe suspect arrived at Taraval Station to report that he had thrown a brick through the victim’s window. The suspect stated that he did not like the victim but also wanted to admit to the crime.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
