\nAn officer was on patrol in the area when he observed a vehicle driving suspiciously slow and made eye contact with the driver. Immediately, the driver then drove away at a high rate of speed and recklessly drove through multiple red lights. For safety reasons, the officer did not attempt to chase after the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle had been stolen. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe witness reported that her brother and his friend, the suspect, had been in an argument before the suspect left and got into a vehicle. The witness stated that the vehicle then drove by the house and she heard two gunshots before the vehicle drove away. Further investigation did not locate injuries or damages related to the incident. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
