\nThe victim, a store employee, reported that a known shoplifter had entered and walked directly to the alcoholic section of the store. The victim asked the suspect to leave but the suspect responded angrily and kicked the victim’s leg before knocking several bottles of wine off a shelf and breaking them. The suspect then walked away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported that she had heard the sound of broken glass and felt the house shaking and went to investigate. The victim located broken glass from the back door’s windowpanes and confronted the suspect, who walked away from the victim. Responding officers arrived at the location and made contact with the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
