\nThe victim reported that she had been involved in an ongoing argument with the suspect, a neighbor, when she was pepper sprayed by the suspect. The suspect then fled the area after the incident. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n1400 La Playa St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe victim reported that his housemate, the suspect, had spat on him for an unknown reason as the victim was exiting the restroom. The suspect then yelled at the victim and told him that he would be evicted before the suspect walked away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported she had been inside a laundromat when the suspect began acting belligerent and talking to himself before slapping the victim. Responding officers located and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was transported to the hospital for medical observation. The victim declined to press charges. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
