Burglary of a Vehicle \u2013 Resisting Arrest – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nDuring a vehicle burglary and theft abatement operation, officers observed a vehicle suspiciously stop behind a parked vehicle before the suspect, a passenger, exited their vehicle. The suspect then approached the parked vehicle and broke a window with an unknown tool before reaching in and taking several items from inside the vehicle. The suspect then returned to his vehicle and fled the area. The officers coordinated a traffic stop, disabled the \u00a0vehicle and detained the three suspects, despite an attempt to flee from their stalled vehicle. After\u00a0<\/span>further investigation, <\/span>all three suspects were arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported that he had been inside his home when he heard the doorbell ring and a knocking noise at his front gate. The victim walked out and observed the suspect suspiciously in front of the victim’s garage door. The victim attempted to take a photo of the suspect but the suspect ran towards the victim and forcefully took the phone away from the victim. The suspect then immediately fled the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
