\nThe victim arrived at Taraval Station to report an incident of assault. The victim stated that he had been involved in fongoing issues when his roommate, the suspect. The victim stated that he had recently returned home and discovered that the door had been locked with a chain. The suspect unlocked the door for the victim to enter but the suspect was angry and hit the victim with a chair shortly afterwards. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The victim stated that he was walking home when the suspect suddenly approached him from behind. The suspect then pepper sprayed the victim without saying anything or taking anything from the victim. The suspect then immediately fled the area after the incident.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
