\n\u00a0The victim reported that he had been riding his electric bicycle when the suspect suddenly approached and pushed the victim. When the victim did not fall off the bicycle, the suspect brought out a knife and threatened the victim before stealing the bicycle and riding away on it. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
