Traffic Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/strong><\/span><\/span>

\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle with a broken windshield and a temporary license plate drive by. A computer check on the temporary license did not come back with results and the officers conduced a traffic stop. A computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was also unable to produce registration paperwork for his vehicle. After further investigation, the <\/span>driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers located a vehicle that had been involved in a retail theft and evaded CHP. The officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle immediately fled at a high, and unsafe, rate of speed. The officers did not pursue the vehicle due to safety concerns.<\/span><\/p>\n
