Threats \u2013 Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nThe victim reported that he had been driving behind a vehicle when it suddenly stopped. The suspect, the driver of the vehicle, exited and asked what victim’s problem was before punching the victim’s head. The suspect returned to his vehicle and the victim continued to follow behind the suspect after calling to report the incident. Shortly afterwards, the suspect stopped and exited his vehicle before motioning to his waistband and threatening to shoot the victim. The suspect then drove away from the victim.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nCapitol Ave & Broad St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed a known subject, who was inside a parked vehicle, with an active arrest warrant. The officers conducted a traffic stop and the subject was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n10:21 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n200 Granada Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of two tenants, who lived in separate rooms, who were arguing with each other. Both parties claimed that the other party had hit them during the argument. After further investigation, both parties were cited.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Stolen Vehicle \u2013 Possession of Stolen Property – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n46th Ave & Ortega St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe victim, an employee for a scooter rental company, reported that he had left his vehicle unlocked and running when he was delivering electric scooters to different locations when his vehicle was stolen and driven away. The victim contacted SFPD and stated that his vehicle was being tracked and currently in the Mission district. Responding officers located the vehicle and arrested the suspect<\/span>, who attempted to flee the area on foot after the officers approached him. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
